The Township of Ocean School District shall provide Vision Benefits through OCA Benefit Services LLC.

Service	Included	Reimbursement
Eye exams, eyeglasses, contact lenses	100% of out-of-pocket expenses for employee & any dependents	$150 annual max / family (July 1st-June 30th)
